This information is used solely to provide you with counselling and to communicate with you about appointments and related matters.
How Your Information Is Stored
All information is stored securely — either on password-protected devices or in locked files — and is not shared with anyone else.
Electronic communications are protected with encryption wherever possible.
I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
How Long I Keep Information
I keep client information for up to seven years after our work together ends, in line with professional guidelines and legal requirements. After that, it is safely deleted or destroyed.

Request corrections if it’s inaccurate
-
Ask for your information to be deleted (in some cases)

If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact me directly.
Confidentiality and Limits
Everything you share in counselling is treated as confidential.
There are a few exceptional circumstances where I may need to share information with other professionals — for example, if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, or if I am required to do so by law. Wherever possible, I would always discuss this with you first.
